6 Week Muffins

10 oz of Bran Cereal                                           1 c. cooking oil

5 c. flour                                                               5 tsp baking soda

2 tsp salt                                                               3 c sugar

4 beaten eggs                                                       1 qt buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients in a lg bowl.

add eggs, oil, milk. Mix well.

Store in a covered container in refrigerator until ready to bake. ( can be stored for up to 6 weeks)

grease muffin pan- scoop mixture into pan filling each cup about 2/3's full. 

bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 500 degrees
