Bacon-Crab Dip


1 pkg 8oz cream cheese softened                                                    1/2 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish                                                 1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 imitation crabmeat sticks, chopped (1cup)                               2 med. green onions, sliced

4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

totasted bagels, cut into 4ths, or whole wheat crackers


  1. In medium bowlusingelectric mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients except bagels.  
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. 
  3. Serve
